You inspected our home for the person we were selling it to and pointed out to us the washing machine hot and cold water supply lines up on the top floor were corroded and were starting to leak and they needed replacement ASAP. When Beni told me in 2002 to replace our water tank I initially thought, why? But after moving in to our town home, not following his advice then suffering the flood from the water tank that followed. I know better than to doubt him. Dont call anyone else to inspect your home. Its freaky how much he knows about homes.
