Please review the sample of our Standard Service Agreement. This agreement forms the basis of our services to you and as such requires completion.

We ask that you print the service agreement attached, fill in the inspection address, your name(s), telephone number(s) and home address. Signature and date are also required toward the bottom of the agreement.

Other information will be filled in on site.

To complete the process, please scan and email (or alternatively fax) the agreement back to us prior to your inspection date. If this cannot be complete prior to your inspection please e-mail indicating your acceptance. The service agreement will still need to be completed on site.

Please ensure you are also familiar with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors Standards of Practice. A copy of the standards will also be supplied to you in your inspection binder.
